After-sale service:

We provide 1 year's after-sale service of the main parts of the machinery, such as, engine, gearbox, axle, torque converter etc. By the way, tyres, electronic elements and other easy wearing parts are not covered 1 year's warranty period.

Loaders for example,the business flow is as follows:

1. Any damage or problem of the loader occours.

2. Confirm the loader model and parts number, and take some multi-angle photos.

3. Contact the sales and send the photos.

4. Confirm the loader whether in guarantee period or not.

5. In guarantee period, the after-sale service team will deliver the parts within 2 days.

6. Out of warranty, confirm the price and delivery time of the parts with the sales.

Remarks:

DHL is our first choice for small parts.

Maritime transport is usually for big parts. Once in a while, you need the big parts urgently, we can deliver the parts by air transportation. But the freight charge will be payed by you.
